User Experience Architect shaping AI-powered products for mobility, with 10+ years in UX, service design, and hands-free interaction research
At Robert Bosch, I lead design and research for conversational AI systems that help technicians learn and execute complex workflows, and I build LLM-based analytics pipelines that turn sparse user behavior logs into concrete product decisions. I care about systems that are reliable and intuitive under real operating conditions, not just in a demo
This applied focus grew out of a research background at the University of Koblenz-Landau and later the University of Stuttgart, centered on hands-free interaction — using eye tracking, voice, and other assistive modalities to make text entry and computer access easier for people who can't rely on a mouse and keyboard. That period also included work on AI-augmented learning tools in higher education, where I first applied research methods to real product and curriculum questions rather than lab studies alone.
Oh! BTW - if you want to have a look at my CV - more love to you :)
