I work at the intersection of UX, service design, and artificial intelligence. My background as a scientific researcher at the University of Stuttgart and the University of Koblenz-Landau focused on hands-free interaction using eye tracking, voice, and other assistive modalities to improve accessibility on the web. Today, I combine this research mindset with practical product work, using AI-powered UX research methods, rapid experimentation, and systems thinking to create reliable, safe, and intuitive experiences for drivers, technicians, and end customers.
